Encephalitis التهاب الدماغ
هو عبارة عن التهاب في الدماغ بيسبب تورم لخلايا الأنسجة الدماغية ومن المسببات الرئيسية ليهو هي الإصابة بعدوى فيروسية زي herpes viruses وممكن برضو ينتج من الإصابة بعدوى بكتيرية.
في بعض الحالات بتكون اعراض المرض خفيفة وفي حالات بتكون أكثر شدة خصوصا للاطفال وكبار السن بيتم تشخيصو بإجراء فحص CBC او زراعة للسائل الشوكي او بإجراء صور إشعاعية أما عن طريق المقطعية أو الرنين المغناطيسي أو عمل تخطيط للمخ EEG

-herniation
abnormal protrusion of an organ or other body structure through a defect or natural opening in a covering membrane, muscle, or bone.

-Adhesion
Adhesions are bands of scar-like tissue that form between two surfaces inside the body and cause them to stick together.

-Intussusception
is a serious condition in which part of the intestine slides into an adjacent part of the intestine. This telescoping action often blocks food or fluid from passing through. Intussusception also cuts off the blood supply to the part of the intestine that's affected. This can lead to a tear in the bowel (perforation), infection and death of bowel tissue.

-volvulus
refers to abnormal twisting of a part of the large or small intestine. This twisting may lead to a bowel obstruction, which can cause severe complications.

التشخيص 🤔

بالنسبة للتحضير لصورة IVU
التحضير لازم يكون قبل يوم من الفحص المريض لازم ياخد ملين للبطن مثلا (castor oil ) نص فتيل الساعة ٣م ونص فتيل تاني الساعة ٧م
وبرضو حياخد حبوب لامتصاص الغازات وانواع كتيرة بناخد منها مثال (disflatyl) ودي حبوب مضغ بياخد تلات حبات بعد الفطور وتلات حبات بعد الغدا
وبليل بدون عشاء وصيام تام يوم الفحص
وما ننسى فحص وظائف الكلى
وبالنسبة للأطفال الصغار بنديهم (microenema)
وحنتكلم عن فحص IVU بالتفصيل وكيف طريقتو ف المرات الجاية أن شاء الله
(معلومة على السريع فحص IVU تم استبداله بصورة عامة بي CTU بس لسسة بنطلب ف بعض الأحيان )

magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)

MRI uses a strong magnetic field and radio waves to create detailed images of the organs and tissues within the body

The following are examples in which an MRI scanner would be used:

anomalies of the brain and spinal cord

tumors, cysts, and other anomalies in various parts of the body

breast cancer screening for women who face a high risk of breast cancer

injuries or abnormalities of the joints, such as the back and knee

certain types of heart problems

diseases of the liver and other abdominal organs

the evaluation of pelvic pain in women, with causes including fibroids and endometriosis

suspected uterine anomalies in women undergoing evaluation for infertility

This list is by no means exhaustive. The use of MRI technology is always expanding in scope and use.
