The Nobel Assembly at Karolinska Institutet has today decided to award the 2023 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine to Katalin Karikó and Drew Weissman for their discoveries concerning nucleoside base modifications that enabled the development of effective mRNA vaccines against COVID-19.

The discoveries by the two Nobel Prize laureates were critical for developing effective mRNA vaccines against COVID-19 during the pandemic that began in early 2020. Through their groundbreaking findings, which have fundamentally changed our understanding of how mRNA interacts with our immune system, the laureates contributed to the unprecedented rate of vaccine development during one of the greatest threats to human health in modern times.

كل مايحصل الآن يجب أن نتعامل معه بحكمة وروية ولابد أن نراعي المرونة في ما نخطط له وعليه أن نتدارك مقدار المخاطر المحتملة ما إذا كنا عالقين في دوامة الحزن والأسى على ماحدث وسيطرة الشعور بأننا الضحية والبكاء وذلك لايفيد لذا علينا أن ننهض وننفض الغبار من على أكتافنا ونجد طريقنا للنور .
سأحاول أن أغطي ما أمكنني من النقاط التي أعتقد أنها مهمة جدا للأخذ بها في الإعتبار في خط مسارك للمستقبل وأوجزها لكم في الآتي :
لابد أن تعي وتدرك حقيقة أنك تمتلك كمية من القدرات التي بداخلك وأغلبها محتاجة للأكتشاف والتنقيب.
لاتقلل من شأنك وقدراتك فليس كل مالم تنجح للوصول إليه معناه إنك لم تمتلك قدرات وبالتالي تضع نفسك في محل العجز وأيضا لا تسمح لأرآء للآخرين السلبية المثبطة أن يأخذ ركنا في مساحة حياتك .
تبنى مفهوم التعليم الذاتي في حياتك وثق بإمكانياتك وقدراتك في أن تستطيع إنجاز الكثير من التقدم ولا تعتقد للحظة أنك لست قادرا أو لاتستطيع فتلك الكلمتين هو من ألد أعداء النجاح والتقدم .
هناك كلمتين لابد أن تضعه في قاموسك وتحفظه على ظهر قلب لأنه يعتبر الدينمو المحرك لكل مايأتيك من نجاحات وإنجازات ألا وهو العمل الجاد.
لابد أن ترسم خارطة طريق واضحة لحياتك وتضع أهدافك المرحلية بوضوح وتسعى لتحقيق من خلال العمل الجاد .
لاتنسى إنك في الكون عندك رسالة محددة لتؤديها وبالطبع انت مسؤول منها لذلك في أي عمل تقوم به لابد تقصد به وجه الله تعالى أولا وتحرى الصدق والمصداقية فيما تقوم به ولاتنجرف وراء المغريات والدنيا لذلك انتبه جيدا.
