Executing your nunchaku tricks as fast as possible, is something we all train for. We believe that being faster makes us a better competitor.
Increasing your speed afterwards via editing, simply means that you are trying to manipulate the viewer/judge that you are faster than you actually are. This is the concept of cheating.
And we are all against cheating.
With the 2026 edition, we will apply a new method of approaching this. When 1 of the judges assumes a speed-up, the TD will ask all of the judges separately if they believe speed-up/fast motion was applied by the player.
If minimum 5 out of 9 (8 judges + the TD) believe that fast motion was applied somewhere during the nunchaku action, we will approach the player.
We will ask the player to send us the raw footage of the alleged speed-up footage. The raw footage can plead you free. Save it till after the results.
If you play by the rules, you have nothing to worry about.
