💢Plasmacytoid lymphocytes (large than normal lymphocyte, Deeply basophilic cytoplasm, Eccentric nucleus, Perinuclear halo clear area near the nucleus) These features make them resemble to plasma cells, hence the name plasmacytoid which suggestive of viral infections eg : Dengue virus, EBV., CMV

1- platelet count by lmpedance principle.
2- platelet count by optical principle.
