💢 You need to make sure of platelet count using a thin blood smear, especially If there is indication by the blood cell counter(Flag) using the lmpedance principle for platelet count because Microcytic cells count as platelets
1- platelet count by lmpedance principle.
2- platelet count by optical principle.
