- Get active, you will take the informations in better of you study it accompanied with an activity such as role playing and problem solving.
- Move while you study "pace walking is good".
- Take breaks, don't attempt marathon study sessions because you do alot better in short sessions, and don't forget to do something physical in your breaks.
