Notice is hereby given for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Independent School Parents Teachers Association (PTA) for the year 2025.

Date: Wednesday, 9th April 2025
Time: 4:45 PM
Venue: Multi-Purpose Room, Union Vale Campus
Format: In-person only

Members interested in attending are kindly requested to register via the Google link below. Upon registration, the AGM pack will be made available no later than Monday, 7th April 2025, by 4:00 PM.

**📢 Reminder: Uniform Policy Updates for the New Term**

Dear Parents/Guardians,

As the new school term begins, please be reminded of the following updates to the uniform policy as outlined in the revised school Code of Conduct:

👗 **Skirts/Skorts (Section 7.1):**
- Skirts and skorts **must be knee-length** from the start of the term.

🩳 **Shorts (Section 7.2):**
- Must sit at the top of the hip bone, not lower.
- Should not be baggy or have a low crotch.
- Must have straight sides (slight A-line allowed for girls).
- Should not extend below the knees, be too short, or folded up.

👟 **Shoes (Section 7.4):**
- Shoes must be **plain black, grey, or white** (a mix of these colors is allowed, but no other colors) and enclosed.
- Socks must be plain white, grey, or black.
- Early Years students (Kindergarten to Primary 2) may wear sandals.
- **Not Allowed:** Slippers, flip-flops, crocs, clogs, or sandals.

We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring all students adhere to these guidelines for a consistent and professional school environment.
