One of the most common things I hear as a dance teacher is:
“I’m shy” or “I have two left feet.” 🤭

And honestly… almost every confident dancer you see today once felt exactly the same.

Dance is not about being perfect.
It’s not about knowing all the steps or getting everything right.
It’s about allowing yourself to feel, to move, to laugh at your mistakes and slowly become comfortable in your own body.

I have seen the shyest people walk into class avoiding eye contact and months later become the ones smiling the brightest on the dance floor. ✨

Sometimes it’s not that you “can’t dance.”
Sometimes your body is simply waiting for you to stop judging it.

And trust me… having “two left feet” is usually just fear wearing a funny costume. 💃🏻
