Sub: PTAFE USP Enrolment for School Based Students - Sem 1, 2025

As per instruction from PTAFE USP, you are all asked to complete your enrolment with us. This is to avoid the queues at the Honiara Centre. The two important aspects of this change are:

1. That School based students pay their tuition fees for course materials through the school.

2. Course materials are sent to schools and No Form 7 Students to queue up for course materials at the USP centre like before.

Therefore if you have completed Step 1, 2 and 3 of the PTAFE USP enrolment process and you are ready for step 4 and onwards OR you have any enquiries then do get in touch as soon as possible via the following contacts or visit the Form 6/7 Coordinators Office at school if you are in the area.

Greetings Students, Parents, Guardians and Fee payers,

Our 2025 academic year begins Monday 20th January. Therefore please read and take note of the following important information attached to this post.

Registration Dates:
1. Registration for Form 1 to 6 begins Thursday 16th January to Saturday 18th January from 9:00am - 4:30pm.
Venue: Learning Centre Building, Goldie College.

2. There will be NO registration on Sunday 19th January.

3. Late registration will continue on Monday 20th and Tuesday 21st of Week 1.

4. Compulsory items will be checked for upon arrival at the registration venue for both new and continuing students. Bush knives and brooms will be collected at the registration venue.

5. Form 7 classes begin Monday 24 February. Students must complete Registration at PTafe USP in Honiara before coming to school for school registration (20th- 22nd Feb).
