VPIS will foster the development of strong character and citizenship that will help students to be successful members of their society. We challenge and support each student of VPIS to:
1. Learn and respect school and classroom rules and routines.
2. Cultivate awareness of the Islamic values of the society.
3. Recognize and model personal responsibility and ethical behavior.
4. Work effectively in independent and collaborative settings.
5. Appreciate the importance of and contribute positively to the community.
6. Take responsibility for their own lifelong learning and personal health and well being. Values:

1. Provide a challenging learning environment

2. Equip learners with the up to date knowledge and skills in order to pursue their educational studies at the best local or/and international institutes and universities

3. Allow learners to develop their potentials and enable them to acquire life skills such as critical thinking and problem solving skills.

4. Educate the leaners to be productive and creative

5. Create a caring environment where children are loved, appreciated, and respected.

6. Build balanced citizens who respect themselves, others and the environment, and become positive contributors to their community and the world

7. Contribute to the preparation of a pioneering generation that is capable of acting and interacting with other cultures, effective in the local community and capable of competing in the world community.
