*Staff Dinner with His Excellency the Ambassador of Pakistan Ameer Khurram Rathore was arranged inside the premises of SBW on 16 June 2022*

Ms. Shazia Saleem, Mr. Saadatullah Khan, Principal Retired Air Commodore Mr. Muhammad Naeem Akhtar and Chairman School Management Council Mr. Syed Mustafa Pasha in welcoming words described the arrival of Ambassador of Pakistan to the school as an encouragement to the teachers.

This was stated by the Ambassador of Pakistan to Saudi Arabia HE. Ameer Khurram Rathore while addressing a dinner in honor of the male and female teachers and other staff of the school. He said that he and the school management council are not unaware of the financial problems of teachers. As soon as the problem of school building is solved, the problem of staff wellness will be solved without delay because the role of teachers is the most important. If teachers are satisfied, they will be able to perform the teaching process better.

Principal Air Commodore (R) Naeem Akhtar paid homage to the school management council for its interest in the improvement, development and welfare of the teachers and thanked them for coming to the school despite their busy schedule.

Mr. Syed Mustafa Pasha, Chairman, School Management Council, thanked the Ambassador of Pakistan and said that the Ambassador of Pakistan is working hard to solve the problems of millions of Pakistanis residing in Saudi Arabia. This is a sign of interest in his organization, he said, adding that every effort will be made to make the organization better and the way the name and position of the organization was in the past, it will be made very soon.

Apart from Ambassador of Pakistan HE. Ameer Khurram Rathore, Link Officer and Welfare Attache Mr. Muhammad Masoom, Education Advisor to the Ambassador of Pakistan Mr. Nadir Alam, Chairman of School Management Council Mr. Syed Mustafa Pasha, Members of the Council Dr. Tahir Nawaz, Apart from Mr. Mohammad Asad, Engr. Mohammad Waqas and Mr. Shaikh Abu Bakar, recently retired teachers Mr. Abdul Razzaq Qureshi, Mr. Mohammad Ismail, Mr. Jameel Ahmed and Syed Kifayat Hussain were also among the distinguished guests.

Before the end of the ceremony, honorary shields were given to the retired teachers, technical staff, driver Muhammad Riaz, Haris Zafar Iqbal, Carpenter Muhammad Saleem, Deputy Qasida Shamim Akhtar and Razia Mai who had served for more than 20 years. Former Wing Heads Mr. Gohar Rafique, Mrs. Nusrat Naheed and Mrs. Saeedah Riaz were also given honorary shields. Senior teacher Azmatullah Bhatta and Ms. Farah Majid jointly conducted the function. The school teachers termed the initiative of the school management council and administration as a positive development and also appreciated the efforts made for the school and the teachers.

*Medical Camp of PGDR *

P*SR boys and girls students along with teachers participated in PGDR medical camp in Pakistan Embassy Riyadh on December 2, 2022. His excellency ambassador Islamic Republic of Pakistab Mr. Ameer Khurram Rathoor inaugurated the camp. *Pakistan International School Riyadh ANNUAL (INTER-HOUSE) QIRAAT COMPETITION 2022*

Annual (Inter-House) Qiraat competition was observed in S.B.W. on 6th October, 2022 under the supervision of worthy Principal Air Cdre (R) Naeem Akhtar and Wing Head Mr. Rashid Mubarik. Dr. Abdul Ghafoor Rashid was the Chief Guest of the function.There were 20 participants of 5 different houses who took part in the competition.Worthy Principal addressed the students on this occasion. He thanked the Chief Guest for gracing the function and sparing his precious time. He also acknowledged the efforts of staff members for organizing such a splendid function.
Honorable Chief Guest also addressed on this occasion. He thanked the school management for providing him an opportunity to witness such a fabulous function. He also appreciated the efforts of the participants for reciting the Holy Quran in such a perfect as well as excellent manner. The function was a great success.
