يسعدنا أن نسلّط الضوء على الأستاذة رنيم دهمان، مديرة قسم البنات في مدارس أضواء الهداية. رنيم قيادية تربوية ذات رؤية مستقبلية، وتمتلك خبرة تزيد على 11 عامًا في التعليم العام (K–12) والقيادة الأكاديمية وتطوير المدارس تطويرًا شاملًا.
أتمّت رنيم برنامجًا في القيادة من جامعة هارفارد، وحصلت على درجة الماجستير في إدارة الأعمال (MBA) بمرتبة الشرف العالية من جامعة بوسطن. ويجتمع لديها بذلك الفهم التربوي العميق والتفكير الاستراتيجي والقدرة على القيادة المؤسسية.
تؤمن رنيم بأن المدارس المتميزة تُبنى بتمكين الأفراد وبالابتكار الهادف. وتركّز في قيادتها على رفاه الطلاب، والتعليم الشامل، والتطوير المبني على البيانات، وجودة التعليم، وإعداد الطلاب للمستقبل. كما تحرص على تحويل الأفكار الطموحة إلى أثر مستدام، وعلى بناء ثقافة مدرسية تُلهم الطلاب والمعلمين للتعلّم والقيادة والتميّز.

Raneem completed a leadership program at Harvard University and holds an MBA with high honors from Boston University. Together, these bring educational insight, strategic thinking, and strong organizational leadership to her work.
