Stages of FINANCIAL INDEPENDENCE:
1.MAN AT WORK.
Tao ang nagtatrabaho kaya kailangan may trabaho ka. Increase cash flow.
2. MAN AND MONEY AT WORK.
Kailangan matuto kang maginvest habang nagtatrabaho ka pa
kahit 5-10% of your income para
dalawa na kayong nagtatrabaho, you and your money
3. MONEY AT WORK.
Di na nagtatrabaho pero tuloy pa din
ang pasok ng pera kasi kumikita na
ang iyong mga investments.
The step number 1 is the easiest.
The hardest thing to do is step no.2
because it entails discipline and budgeting skills.
The 3rd step become smooth and academic if you handle step no.2.
How i wish i learned them all in my 20s. But it's never too late for anything!
