The course will cover the entire content of the First Aid for the USMLE Step 1 (2021) and about 1500 AMBOSS ® questions in 12 weeks through a unique teaching model. The schedule has several catch-up/recap days interspersed throughout the course and 2 dedicated weeks for revision.
The course will provide you with structured learning through multiple teaching strategies that include but are not limited to, pre-reading assignments, short teaching sessions (STS) (~30 mins) incorporating high yield content, comprehensive TBL sessions that employ questions from AMBOSS ®, and end of day wrap-up sessions.
Another important feature of the course is that it incorporates reflective and cooperative learning at every step, where you get to analyze your performance on the go and discuss explanations for both right and wrong answers with your group mates as well as with your tutor. You can also receive targeted mentoring based on your performance. The course will also incorporate occasional information sessions and webinars by AMBOSS on the USMLE exam.
