Step 3️⃣: Ensure you have the resources to achieve your goal.

E.g. Is Upskilling cost-effective? Which platform will I pick? When do I make time to learn? 🤔

Step 4️⃣: Reflect on whether the action undertaken is relevant to the goal.

E.g. Upskilling is proven to improve professional performance, so it is relevant to the goal. 👍

Step 5️⃣: Set a deadline by which you must meet your goal.

E.g. I will add 3 Upskilling Certificates to my Resume before July. 💭
