Did AI really start in Silicon Valley… or does its story go back over 1,200 years?

Most people don’t realise that the foundation of artificial intelligence begins with algebra — and the man who systemised it: Muhammad ibn Musa al-Khwarizmi.

His revolutionary method of step-by-step problem solving became the basis of algorithms — the same logic that powers AI, coding, and modern technology today.

So every time you use AI, search Google, or interact with smart technology… you’re benefiting from a legacy that started in the Islamic Golden Age.

The question is… why don’t more people know this?

Did you know that iron doesn’t actually originate on Earth? Modern science tells us that iron is formed deep inside massive stars under extreme temperatures reaching hundreds of millions to billions of degrees. When those stars explode as supernovae, iron is scattered across the universe and eventually makes its way to planets like Earth.

But what’s truly remarkable is that over 1400 years ago, the Qur’an already stated this.

In Surah Al-Hadid (57:25), Allah says: “We sent down iron, in which is great strength and benefits for mankind.”

At a time when no one had any knowledge of stellar physics or nuclear fusion, this statement was made clearly and confidently.

Is this coincidence… or something more?

From there, coffee traveled to Europe through trade routes and eventually became one of the most popular drinks on earth.

In this short video, discover the surprising Islamic origins of coffee and how a simple drink helped fuel devotion, learning, and conversation across the Muslim world.

Many people believe Sunni and Shia Islam are completely different religions. But the truth may surprise you.

Both Sunni and Shia Muslims believe in one God, the Qur’an as the final revelation, and Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) as the final messenger. The difference originally began after the Prophet’s death in 632 over the question of leadership.

Despite historical differences, Muslims around the world still share the same declaration of faith.

As the Prophet Muhammad said, the believers are like one body. When one part suffers, the whole body feels the pain.

Did the moon really split during the lifetime of Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him?

According to the Qur’an in Surah Al-Qamar (54:1), “The Hour has drawn near, and the moon has split.” Islamic tradition records that this miracle occurred in Makkah after the Quraysh demanded a sign. This event became one of the most well-known miracles associated with Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him. Yet many who witnessed it still rejected the message.

In this short video, we explore the historical context, the reaction of the Quraysh, and why this miracle still sparks discussion today.
