The state of Kerala located in the south of India has been severely impacted by torrential rain causing heavy floods. This has led to widespread destruction, havoc and panic on an unimaginable scale resulting in the loss of almost 400 precious lives. In this hour of need, it is a request to the members of the Indian community and all well wishers of the state to contribute generously so that the state and it's people can get back on their feet.

Any contribution no matter how big or small shall go a long way in alleviating the misery of our fellow human beings.

Those of us wishing to contribute can utilize the donation portal for the disaster relief fund created by the Government of Kerala. This portal is known as the Chief Minister's Distress Relief Fund. It is easy to use, all donations are instantly acknowledged with receipts and in case of Indian taxpayers exempt from the Income Tax.
