πŸš€πŸͺ Innovation is taking off in STEM class as students work on an exciting mega project: designing and building a three-dimensional colony on Mars.

As they create their colonies, students are exploring the major differences between Earth and Mars, including climate, atmosphere, gravity and living conditions to design spaces that support safety, comfort, entertainment and a high quality of life for future residents.

Through research, creativity, collaboration and problem-solving, students are bringing their visions of life on Mars to reality with detailed 3D models. πŸŒŒπŸ”¬βœ¨

We look forward to sharing the final outcomes of this exciting project soon!

Exploring the Kingdom through collaboration and learning! πŸ“šβœ¨

Last week in Arabic class, ASD middle school students took part in an interactive, hands-on activity focused on the regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Working in teams, students collaborated with their peers to identify, name and locate regions across the country while strengthening their geography and Arabic language skills.

Leadership, mentorship and fun in action! πŸŒŸπŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ

On Thursday, ASD’s high school leadership class reunited with their elementary school buddies for an outdoor morning filled with bonding activities, tag and hide-and-seek games.

The session created opportunities for students to strengthen friendships, build trust and develop meaningful connections across grade levels.

Through mentorship and play-based interaction, high school students practiced leadership, communication and teamwork skills while serving as positive role models for their younger peers. Elementary students also benefited from an encouraging environment that promoted confidence, inclusion and community building.

Programs like these reflect ASD’s commitment to student leadership and encouraging a supportive school culture where students learn from and inspire one another both inside and outside the classroom. πŸ’™βœ¨
