Empower Ladies Toastmasters Club is a Toastmasters club exclusively for Ladies in Jubail, Sponsored by Elite toastmasters’ club under Area 11, Division D, District 79.


Purpose of our club is to Enhance the communication skills, personality development, presentation skills and leadership skills.


Mission of this club is to EMPOWER women and mould them to be a better leader and a versatile Public Speaker.


ELTC will be a great platform for the ladies in Jubail to feel free and express their thoughts and share their ideologies.
As it’s a ladies only club, men are not part of our regular club meetings. We also provide transportation for our ladies for regular meetings.
Our meetings are conducted every alternate Saturdays, 4pm – 5.30pm in Dewan Compound.
We welcome all dear ladies from Jubail to come and join our educational extravaganza.
