This course introduces students to management of corporate resources. It describes how managers organize and manage human and other resources. This covers key management activities such as planning, designing organizations, developing controls and decision-making. In addition, behavioral topics like theory and practice of management, leadership and group dynamics will also be addressed.
The teaching approach for this course will include:
