A graduate of King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah, Dr. Alaa Sultan is one of the leading plastic surgeon in Saudi Arabia. He is one of the few doctors in the plastic surgery field whose expertise and qualification have been verified by the Fellowship of Micro-reconstructive Surgery, German Board of Plastic Surgery. With having completed his fellowship in Reconstructive Microsurgery and Breast Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery from Germany, 1999 and 2004 respectively, he is not only a plastic surgeon but also an Assistant Professor - Plastic Surgery at Umm Al Qura University since 2004. Along with undertaking the responsibility to establish Plastic Surgery Residency Program in western Region for the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, his medical membership consists of:
