I was contacted by son of Jamalluddin Sir, who used to be a Sceince Teacher at IISJ for grade 3 to 5 from 1991 to 2008.

Unfortunately Jamal Sir Passed away couple of weeks and his Son reached out to to pass on this news to the community.

Currently he is in USA and has a very small request for the community in jeddah, which is to perform Umrah for his father as he cannot travel to Makkah.

I kindly request everyone who is reading this post to pray for Jamaluddin Sir and if possible kindly perform Umrah on his behalf.

May Allah bless Jamal Sir's soul and forgive his sins and grant him jannah. Ameen.

In 2007 when Facebook just started and went global, me and my friend created our first page and group which was to unify IISJ student's, alumni's and parents.

Over the course of 15 years we have strived use these sources to bring people together, help and educate community. In one way helped improve the brand persona of IISJ.

I tried multiple times to hand over this page to the school authorities. Talked to IISJ Principals, VP's and MC members to come and take over. Our request has been ignored multiple times and we feel neglected.

This page has been dormant for over 5 years now with barely any activity. Hence I have decided to rebrand or give away this page.

We were contacted by the Management Committee on 27 August 2022. Following the meeting, nothing was materialised and I will be closing this page starting January 2024.

Hello Everyone,

Reference to the last post, we were contacted by the Management Committee with in 12 hours. We met with the Principal and MC who are extremely busy in making the school a better place. They called us on a weekend to arrange a meeting and we agreed terms to hand over the page to the school Alhumdululah.

Inshallah the page will be handed over to the school soon.

In 2007 when Facebook just started and went global, me and my friend created our first page and group which was to unify IISJ student's, alumni's and parents.

Over the course of 15 years we have strived use these sources to bring people together, help and educate community. In one way helped improve the brand persona of IISJ.

An accumulative following of over 25k (which is not a small number) it could have been very easy for us to use this page to our personal gains.

We tried multiple times to hand over this page to the school authorities. Talked to IISJ Principals, VP's and MC members to come and take over. Our request has been ignored multiple times and we feel neglected.

This page has been dormant for over 3 years now with barely any activity. Hence we have decided to rebrand this page unless the school management decides to come and take over in the next 30 days.
