PACE Toastmasters Celebrates 300th Meeting

The 300th meeting of one of the oldest Toastmasters Clubs in Jeddah - "PACE Toastmasters Club" was conducted at Yellow Lemon Restaurant on 12th November, with the theme " Believe in Yourself"

Apart from the regular club members, the event was graced by the presence of District 104 Director DTM Rashid Ali, Division H Director TM Aboobacker Abdurahman, Area 37 Director TM Jimmy Chacko, Past Area 37 Director TM Siraj and Past Presidents of the PACE Club.

The meeting was formally opened by the club president TM Dr.Mohamed Ibrar Ansari and a keynote address was given by the Division H Director TM Aboobacker Abdurahman who is also one of the active club member.

The educational session was conducted by the Toastmaster of the evening , the Immediate Past President TM Mohamed Ilyas. TM Khadija Ashraf spoke on the topic "Reflections of our Intelligence" and her speech was evaluated by TM Mohamed Riaz. The Table topics was conducted by the veteran toastmaster TM Fawzi, mixed with his usual humor, was a great feat which showcased the abilities of various guests to speak on their feet.

The District 104 Director spoke on the values of being a Toastmaster and took his moment to honor the Past Presidents, who had served to achieve glory for PACE TMC. Past presidents TM Sheikh Zahran, TM Jimmy Chacko, TM Abdul Azeez Thankayathil also expressed their words on this occasion.

The PACE Club Excom alongwith the District 104 Director and leaders cut the cake of celebration.

The meeting was adjourned by the club President after the awards ceremony and was followed by a sumptuous dinner.
