أَمْسَيْنَا وَأَمْسَى الْمُلْكُ لِلَّهِ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ، لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ، وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلهُ الْحَمْدُ، وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ، رَبِّ أَسْأَلُكَ خَيْرَ مَا فِي هَذِهِ اللَّيْلَةِ وَخَيْرَ مَا بَعْدَهَا، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا فِي هَذِهِ اللَّيْلَةِ وَشَرِّ مَا بَعْدَهَا، رَبِّ أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْكَسَلِ وَمِنْ سُوءِ الْكِبَرِ، رَبِّ أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابٍ فِي النَّارِ وَعَذَابٍ فِي الْقَبْرِ.

We have entered Syria, and to Allah belongs the kingdom of Syria. And all praise is due to Allah. There is no god but Allah, He alone has no partner. To Him belongs the kingdom and all praise, and He has power over all things. O my Lord! I ask You for the good of this night and the good of what follows it, and I seek refuge in You from the evil of this night and the evil of what follows it. O my Lord! I seek refuge in You from the evil of laziness and old age. O my Lord! I seek refuge in You from the punishment of Hell and the punishment of the grave.

ہم نے شام کی اور اللہ ہی کے لیے شام کا سارا ملک (بادشاہت) ہے۔ اور تمام تعریفیں اللہ ہی کے لیے ہیں۔ اللہ کے سوا کوئی معبودِ برحق نہیں، وہ اکیلا ہے اس کا کوئی شریک نہیں، اسی کے لیے بادشاہت ہے اور اسی کے لیے سب تعریفیں ہیں، اور وہ ہر چیز پر قادر ہے۔ اے میرے رب! میں تجھ سے اس رات کی بھلائی اور اس کے بعد کی بھلائی مانگتا ہوں، اور میں تجھ سے اس رات کے شر اور اس کے بعد کے شر سے پناہ مانگتا ہوں۔ اے میرے رب! میں سستی اور بڑھاپے کی برائی سے تیری پناہ مانگتا ہوں۔ اے میرے رب! میں دوزخ کے عذاب اور قبر کے عذاب سے تیری پناہ مانگتا ہوں۔

আমরা সিরিয়ায় প্রবেশ করেছি, এবং সিরিয়ার রাজত্ব আল্লাহরই। আর সমস্ত প্রশংসা আল্লাহরই। আল্লাহ ছাড়া কোনো উপাস্য নেই, তিনি এক ও অদ্বিতীয়, তাঁর কোনো অংশীদার নেই। রাজত্ব ও সমস্ত প্রশংসা তাঁরই এবং তিনি সবকিছুর উপর ক্ষমতাবান। হে আমার প্রতিপালক! আমি আপনার কাছে এই রাতের কল্যাণ ও এর পরবর্তী সময়ের কল্যাণ প্রার্থনা করি এবং এই রাতের অমঙ্গল ও এর পরবর্তী সময়ের অমঙ্গল থেকে আপনার কাছে আশ্রয় চাই। হে আমার প্রতিপালক! আমি আপনার কাছে অলসতা ও বার্ধক্যের অমঙ্গল থেকে আশ্রয় চাই। হে আমার প্রতিপালক! আমি আপনার কাছে জাহান্নামের শাস্তি ও কবরের শাস্তি থেকে আশ্রয় চাই।

Kami telah memasuki Suriah, dan milik Allah-lah kerajaan Suriah. Dan segala puji hanya milik Allah. Tidak ada Tuhan selain Allah, Dia sendiri tidak mempunyai sekutu. A Wonderful Start of the Day

أَصْبَحْنَا وَأَصْبَحَ الْمُلْكُ للهِ وَالْحَمْدُ للهِ، لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَحَدْهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ، ربِّ أَسْأَلُكَ خَيْرَ مَا فِي هَذَا الْيَومِ وَخَيْرَ مَا بَعْدَهُ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا فِي هَذَا الْيَومِ وَشَرِّ مَا بَعْدَهُ، رَبِّ أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْكَسَلِ، وَسُوءِ الكِبَرِ، رَبِّ أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابٍ فِي النَّارِ وَعَذَابٍ فِي الْقَبْرِ

ہم نے صبح کی اور تمام کی تمام بادشاہت اللہ کے لیے صبح کی (جو اللہ کی ہے)۔ اور سب تعریفیں اللہ ہی کے لیے ہیں، اللہ کے سوا کوئی معبودِ برحق نہیں۔ وہ اکیلا ہے، اس کا کوئی شریک نہیں، اسی کے لیے بادشاہت ہے اور اسی کے لیے سب تعریفیں ہیں، اور وہ ہر چیز پر قادر ہے۔اے میرے رب! میں تجھ سے اس دن کی بھلائی اور اس کے بعد (آنے والے وقتوں) کی بھلائی مانگتا ہوں، اور میں تیری پناہ مانگتا ہوں اس دن کی برائی اور اس کے بعد کی برائی سے۔اے میرے رب! میں سستی اور بڑھاپے کی برائی سے تیری پناہ مانگتا ہوں۔ اے میرے رب! میں جہنم کے عذاب اور قبر کے عذاب سے تیری پناہ مانگتا ہوں۔

We have entered upon a new day, and all dominion belongs to God, and all praise is due to God. There is no god but God alone, without partner. To Him belongs dominion and to Him belongs praise, and He is over all things competent. My Lord, I ask You for the good of this day and the good of what follows it, and I seek refuge in You from the evil of this day and the evil of what follows it. My Lord, I seek refuge in You from laziness and the evil of old age. My Lord, I seek refuge in You from punishment in the Fire and punishment in Hell. In the grave

رَبَّنَآ اٰتِنَا مِنْ لَّدُنْكَ رَحْمَةً وَّهَيِّئْ لَنَا مِنْ اَمْرِنَا رَشَدًا

# The Evil Eye... A Silent Trial That Can Steal Away Happiness

A mother would look at her son with immense joy.

He had a beautiful face, bright eyes, a sharp mind, and a smile that never seemed to leave his lips. Every guest who visited their home would admire him and say:

*"MashaAllah! What a beautiful child!"*

The parents were overjoyed. They felt that Allah had blessed them with a special gift and mercy.

Then, suddenly, things began to change.

The same child who was always active and cheerful became quiet and withdrawn. His body started to weaken, his sleep was disturbed, and the glow on his face began to fade.

His parents were deeply worried.

They visited one doctor after another. Treatments continued, tests were performed, and every possible effort was made. Yet their hearts remained uneasy.

One day, an elderly family member saw the child and gently asked:

*"Is he admired and praised very often?"*

The parents replied:

*"Yes. Almost everyone comments on his beauty, intelligence, and innocence."*

The elder said:

*"Continue his medical treatment, for Allah places healing in the means He has created. But also place your child under Allah's protection. The evil eye is a reality that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ warned us about."*

He then advised them to recite Qur'anic chapters, authentic supplications, and the protective duas taught by the Prophet ﷺ.

A few days passed...

And by the mercy and grace of Allah, the child's condition began to improve.

His smile returned.

*"I seek protection for you in the perfect words of Allah from every devil, every harmful creature, and every evil eye."*

🌿 Recite three times every morning and evening:

**Bismillāhilladhī lā yaḍurru ma‘asmihi shay’un fil-arḍi wa lā fis-samā’i wa Huwas-Samī‘ul-‘Alīm.**

آیۃ الکرسی

ٱللَّهُ لَآ إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ٱلْحَىُّ ٱلْقَيُّومُ ۚ لَا تَأْخُذُهُۥ سِنَةٌۭ وَلَا نَوْمٌۭ ۚ لَّهُۥ مَا فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ ۗ مَن ذَا ٱلَّذِى يَشْفَعُ عِندَهُۥٓ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِۦ ۚ يَعْلَمُ مَا بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَمَا خَلْفَهُمْ ۖ وَلَا يُحِيطُونَ بِشَىْءٍۢ مِّنْ عِلْمِهِۦٓ إِلَّا بِمَا شَآءَ ۚ وَسِعَ كُرْسِيُّهُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ ۖ وَلَا يَـُٔودُهُۥ حِفْظُهُمَا ۚ وَهُوَ ٱلْعَلِىُّ ٱلْعَظِيمُ

اللہ - اس کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں، ہمیشہ زندہ رہنے والا، تمام جہانوں کا پالنے والا۔ نہ اسے غنودگی آتی ہے نہ نیند۔ جو کچھ آسمانوں میں ہے اور جو کچھ زمین میں ہے سب اسی کا ہے۔ کون ہے جو اس کی اجازت کے بغیر اس کے پاس شفاعت کر سکے؟ وہ جانتا ہے جو کچھ ان کے آگے ہے اور جو کچھ ان کے پیچھے ہے اور وہ اس کے علم میں سے کسی چیز کا احاطہ نہیں کرتے مگر جو وہ چاہے۔ اس کا عرش آسمانوں اور زمین پر پھیلا ہوا ہے اور وہ ان کی حفاظت کرتے ہوئے نہیں تھکتا۔ اور وہ سب سے بلند اور عظیم ہے۔

Allah - there is no deity except Him, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of [all] existence. Neither drowsiness overtakes Him nor sleep. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. Who is it that can intercede with Him except by His permission? He knows what is before them and what is behind them, and they encompass not a thing of His knowledge except for what He wills. His Throne extends over the heavens and the earth, and He is not weary of preserving them. And He is the Most High, the Most Great.

আল্লাহ - তিনি ছাড়া কোনো উপাস্য নেই, তিনি চিরঞ্জীব, সকল কিছুর প্রতিপালক। তন্দ্রা বা নিদ্রা তাঁকে স্পর্শ করে না। আকাশ ও পৃথিবীতে যা কিছু আছে, সবই তাঁর। তাঁর অনুমতি ছাড়া কে তাঁর কাছে সুপারিশ করতে পারে? তাদের সামনে ও পেছনে যা কিছু আছে, তিনি তা জানেন এবং তিনি যা চান, তা ছাড়া তারা তাঁর জ্ঞানের কোনো কিছুই আয়ত্ত করতে পারে না। তাঁর সিংহাসন আকাশ ও পৃথিবী জুড়ে বিস্তৃত এবং তিনি এগুলোর রক্ষণাবেক্ষণে ক্লান্ত নন। আর তিনিই সর্বোচ্চ, মহান।

Allah - tiada tuhan selain Dia, Yang Maha Hidup, Yang Maha Memelihara [seluruh] keberadaan. Dia tidak pernah mengantuk dan tidak pernah tertidur. Milik-Nya segala sesuatu yang ada di langit dan di bumi. Siapakah yang dapat memberi syafaat kepada-Nya kecuali dengan izin-Nya? Dia mengetahui apa yang ada di hadapan mereka dan apa yang ada di belakang mereka, dan mereka tidak meliputi sesuatu pun dari pengetahuan-Nya kecuali apa yang Dia kehendaki. Arasy-Nya meliputi langit dan bumi, dan Dia tidak lelah memeliharanya. Dan Dia Maha Tinggi, Maha Agung.
