It's mother's day,
At Nkondo Enrichment Program, Part of our support is to assist families who can't afford school fees of their children members of NEP in Primary Schools who highly performed well in National Exams, but can't afford School fees in their Secondary boarding schools where the students are admitted ! Today we honor the effort of NIYONSABA Beransile-Diane's mom, A widow who wants to see her kids be given the best chance in life! Beransile walks 24 miles twice a term to visit her daughter at school, not because she wants to walk that long but because she can't afford her daughter's school materials and her own transportation! We are honoring her sacrifice to make sure her daughter is getting the education she deserve regardless the family poverty!

Nkondo Enrichment Program (NEP) graduates make a difference wherever they go!
This past week the Nkondo Enrichment Program in partnership with Ready for Reading hosted a District-wide inter-school competition to promote reading and writing with participants sharing their original writing and poetry, organized by Kayonza District.
All 12 administrative sectors of Kayonza District competed and 4 of them, Rwinkwavu, Kabare, Mwili and Murama got to the final round. The teams in three of these four sectors were comprised of former NEP students who represented their secondary schools in this competition.
