ESSA Ruhengeri Ecole de Science Secondaire Ruhengeri Rwandan public secondary school, educating science and social science.

Located in Ruhengeri town in Rwanda, backside of Ruhengeri hospital. School members are consists of over 750 students, 25 teachers, 4 staffs. For upper level MCB(Math, Chemistry, Biology) and MEG(Math, Economy, Geography) combination of stutides are available. Decent Computer Lab(36 computers with network connection) and
Chemistry Lab are established for practical study.

My heart is fluttering for new coming year, 1st term and new students.

When can my students keep in their mind that Sports class is one of the important class obviously? For the students who were absent in test day, I'm giving them chances to have re-test in another day. But no one come to me for re-test, even though they were absent to skip their test.
Today I evaluated 2 classes for Sports final test from 3:30pm to 4:30pm. During the final test on playground, many students disturbed my students in the final test and they made fun of them. I can express their attitude for Sports class as continuity of disorder in a word.
In the last term, I gave 7 more chances to have re-tests for my students who had been absent on test day, nevertheless only few students came for re-test. And in this term many of them don't also come to re-test again. How can I do? I got so many stresss for that situation nowadays...
When can they keep in their mind that Sports test is one of the important test, as they regard other courses important?
