A MESSAGE OF GRATITUDE AND HOPE TO THE SONS AND DAUGHTERS OF ABYEI

To the resilient people of Abyei, our beloved community,

With hearts full of humility and profound thanks, I write to you today on behalf of our family. This is a message of gratitude, healing, and unwavering faith.

As you are aware, our dear father and leader, Hon. Deng Alor Kuol, recently suffered a fall in his washroom. The incident was a moment of great concern for all of us, and he was subsequently taken to Nairobi for urgent medical care. For many days, our hearts were heavy with worry, but we found our strength in the collective prayers that you, our compatriots, sent skyward on his behalf.

We have received the most wonderful news, and it is my duty and joy to share it with you. The surgery has been successfully completed, and the doctors are very pleased with the outcome. By the grace of God and the skill of the medical team, our Hon. Deng Alor Kuol is now out of immediate danger and is quite recuperating well. He is resting, receiving excellent care, and regaining his strength each passing day.

We want you to know that the Lord has heard your prayers. In our moment of need, your voices rose as one, asking for strength, protection, and healing for our leader. Your prayers have been answered, and we are eternally grateful for your steadfast support.

Your loyalty and love for Hon. Deng Alor Kuol have been our source of comfort during this difficult time. We are deeply moved by the unity and compassion shown by the people of Abyei.

Please continue to keep him in your thoughts as he recuperates. We ask for your patience, understanding, and continued prayers for his complete restoration to full health.

May the Lord bless you all, and may He continue to watch over the land of Abyei.πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™

A Prayer for H.E. Deng Alor Kuol

Heavenly Father,

We come before You today with heavy yet hopeful hearts, lifting up our beloved elder statesman, H.E. Deng Alor Kuol.

Lord, we thank You for his decades of faithful service to the people of South Sudan, for his wisdom in foreign affairs, his steady hand in times of turmoil, and his enduring commitment to peace and dialogue. Now, in this quiet and vulnerable moment, we ask that You be his ultimate healer.

We pray for his physical body, which suffered a distressing fall in the washroom. Touch every bruised muscle, every aching bone, and every strained nerve. We ask that there be no hidden internal injury. As he receives treatment in Nairobi, guide the hands of every doctor, nurse, and specialist. Bless the medications being administered, may they work swiftly to reduce swelling, clear any complications, and restore his strength.

Lord, we know that for a man of such stature and active mind, lying in a hospital bed can feel disorienting. We pray against any spirit of fear, anxiety, or discouragement. Wrap him in Your supernatural peace that surpasses all understanding. Let him feel Your presence in that room, even when he is far from home.

Be with his beloved family, his wife, his children, and his grandchildren, who must be worried. Give them strength, comfort, and safe travel as they rally around him. Surround his bedside with Your angels.

Raise him up, Lord. Restore his vitality so that he may once again walk in dignity and share his wisdom with our nation. Let this setback become a testimony of Your grace.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray.

Amen. πŸ™

A FELICITATION FOR A TRIUMPH OF THE INTELLECT AND SPIRIT

TO OUR DEAREST DALIA OSMAN, A SCHOLAR OF UNYIELDING RESOLVE,

It is with immense pride, profound admiration, and a heart full of joy that we extend our warmest and most heartfelt congratulations to you, Dalia, on the occasion of your spectacular achievement. Yesterday, at the momentous hour of 4 pm, you, Dalia Osman, did not merely defend a research project; you commanded a space of intellectual rigor and emerged not just with victory, but with a mark of near-perfection, A stunning 16.

This is a landmark achievement, a testament to the extraordinary confluence of your sharp intellect, relentless work ethic, and an indomitable will to succeed. To have earned a 16 on your defense in the demanding Department of International Economics, within the esteemed Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences and Management, is nothing short of brilliant. It is a validation of your mastery over complex economic theories, your nuanced understanding of global interdependencies, and your ability to articulate your findings with conviction and clarity.

However, Dalia, as we celebrate this glorious outcome, we are celebrating far more than a grade. We are celebrating the journey that brought you here. We are celebrating your countless late nights spent deciphering intricate data and the long hours hunched over academic texts, poring over every detail until the world outside your books faded into insignificance. We are celebrating the resilience you displayed when faced with intellectual roadblocks and the quiet, determined spirit that kept you going when the path seemed arduous. You have demonstrated that resilience is not merely about enduring difficulties, but about transforming them into stepping stones for excellence.

Dalia, this achievement is a beautiful reflection of your character,A true embodiment of discipline, perseverance, and intellectual curiosity. It speaks volumes about your ability to synthesize vast amounts of information, to critically analyze complex global economic models, and to construct a cogent and compelling narrative of your own.

The value of a 16 is not just in the number itself, but in what it represents: a recognition of your brilliance by the very experts who have guided you. It signifies that you stand head and shoulders above the rest, a true exemplar for your peers and a source of immense pride for all of us who have had the privilege to witness your growth.

On this resounding success, we see not just a student who has aced a defense, but you, Dalia Osman, A future leader in the making. You have added a glorious chapter to your academic history, and we have no doubt that this is but the first of many bright milestones to come. You have proven that with hard work, dedication, and an unshakable belief in oneself, the highest peaks are indeed within reach.

We stand in awe of your accomplishment and stand ready to cheer you on as you continue your journey of excellence. May this triumph be a beacon that lights your path to even greater feats. May you always carry the lessons of this journey, the resilience, the commitment, and the intellectual rigor, into every future endeavor. We are so incredibly proud of you, and we celebrate your moment of glory with all the fervor and admiration it deserves.

Congratulations, once again, Dalia Osman.

With deepest respect and warmest wishes.

A Tribute to All the Martyrs of Our Liberation Struggle

Today, we bow our heads in profound respect and everlasting gratitude to all the martyrs who laid down their lives for the liberation of our beloved country. Their sacrifice was not in vain. They endured unimaginable suffering, shed their blood, and surrendered their dreams so that future generations could live in freedom, dignity, and hope.

We pay special tribute to the founder and visionary leader, Dr. John Garang de Mabior, whose unwavering courage, wisdom, and determination inspired millions to stand for justice, equality, and liberation. His dream of a free and prosperous nation continues to guide us, even after his passing.

To all the fallen heroes and heroines, your names are forever engraved in the history of our nation. Your bravery echoes through every generation, reminding us that the price of freedom is often paid with the ultimate sacrifice. Though you are no longer with us, your legacy lives on in the hearts of your people and in the independence for which you fought so courageously.

May we never forget the tears of the mothers, the pain of the families, and the blood that watered the tree of our freedom. We honor your memories with deep sorrow, immense pride, and an unshakable commitment to protect the peace, unity, and future of our nation.

May the souls of all our martyrs, especially the late Dr. John Garang de Mabior, rest in eternal peace. Their sacrifice will never be forgotten, and their legacy shall live forever.

TO CHOL MANGOM AWIC AND-THE WARRIOR WHO TURNED STRUGGLE INTO GLORY

Chol, when we hear that magnificent 17 out of 20,that breathtaking, luminous number that now sits beside your name in the annals of Biomedical Laboratory Science,we do not merely see a grade. We do not merely see academic excellence or intellectual prowess. No. What we see, written in bold, indelible ink across that score, is the epic story of your struggle. And even more powerfully, we see the blazing, unquenchable fire of your resilience.

Let us be brutally honest about the road that led you to that defense room on Tuesday. It was never a gentle stroll through sunlit meadows. It was a grueling, punishing climb up a mountain whose peak was perpetually shrouded in clouds of doubt. Biomedical Laboratory Science is a discipline that does not forgive shortcuts. It demands absolute precision, the kind that keeps you awake at night wondering if you calibrated that machine correctly, if that contamination will ruin your results, or if your entire hypothesis was built on a fragile foundation of hope rather than fact. You walked into that laboratory day after day, week after week, not knowing if the universe would reward your effort or crush your spirit.

We know there were mornings when you woke up before the sun, your body aching with exhaustion, your mind already buzzing with the weight of unfinished experiments. We know there were evenings when you stayed long after everyone else had gone home, staring at stubborn data that refused to make sense, feeling the cold grip of frustration tighten around your chest.we know there were nights when you lay in the darkness, staring at the ceiling, wondering if you were truly cut out for this path ,if the sacrifices were worth it, if the loneliness of the grind was leading anywhere meaningful, if you had the strength to take just one more step.

And let us not forget the quiet, invisible battles that no one sees. The moments of self-doubt that crept in like uninvited guests. The times when a supervisor's critical feedback cut deeper than they intended. The fear that maybe, just maybe, you were not smart enough, not fast enough, not good enough to stand among the giants of your field. Those are the silent struggles that break so many brilliant minds. Those are the moments when dreams die, when passion fades, and when talented people walk away because the weight becomes too heavy to bear.

You have made us incredibly, unspeakably proud. Now go and make the future just as proud. Keep fighting. Keep rising. Keep shining. Your journey is a masterpiece, and the best strokes of the brush are still ahead.

With boundless admiration for your struggle, endless awe for your resilience, and eternal belief in your glorious destiny,

Hats Off to You, Dr. Longo – You Turned Struggle into Strength

Dear Dr. Flora Longo,

Where do I even begin? Please accept my most heartfelt and profound congratulations on successfully defending your research project, and with a stunning score of 17, no less! That number is not just a grade; it is a monument to your brilliance, your meticulous work, and the sheer force of your will.

But more than that score, what truly leaves me in awe is the journey that brought you here. I know_we all know_that this path was never a straight line. It was paved with late nights that bled into early mornings, with experiments that didn't behave, with drafts that were rewritten from scratch, and with moments of doubt that would have made anyone else turn back. Yet here you stand. You didn't just survive those trials; you conquered them. Your resilience has been your superpower. Every time the weight of this journey pressed down on you, you pressed right back. You turned struggle into strength, and yesterday, the entire room saw the undeniable result of that transformation.

As you step out of the lecture hall and into the world as Dr. Longo, I want you to carry more than just your degree. Carry the absolute certainty that you are capable of far more than you ever imagined. This defense was your mountain, and you climbed it with grace, grit, and determination. But it was only the first of many great peaks you are destined to scale.

So, what comes next? The world is wide open for you. Yes, there will be new challenges, there always are for people who dare to dream big. But when those challenges come, remember this exact moment. Remember the relief, the pride, and the roaring quiet of your own inner victory. Remember that you have already faced the fire and came out sharper, stronger, and more brilliant than before.

You have proven to yourself, and to everyone who has watched your journey, that you possess an unbreakable spirit. Lean into that. Trust your instincts. Keep asking bold questions. Keep pushing boundaries. And on the days when imposter syndrome whispers in your ear, drown it out with the memory of the standing ovation you truly deserve.

Flora, this is not an ending,it is a spectacular beginning. The academic world, and everything beyond it, is lucky to have your voice, your mind, and your heart. Go forward without fear, because you have already shown yourself capable of enduring and overcoming.

Celebrate wildly, rest deeply, and then rise again for your next great adventure. You have earned every single moment of this triumph.

With immense pride and unwavering belief in you,
