Back to school here in Musanze!

Hi Friends!
We are now ready to share the fantastic experiences that Grace, our head teacher had during her trip in Italy!
As we announced, our first stop was in Vicenza, at La Scuola Nel Bosco.
Grace spent a week with Michela and her kids interacting and learning about the beautiful landscape of Vicenza's countryside.
Kids learn by playing, exploring, touching, feeling, smelling Nature.

VeloAfrique organizes Mountain bike tours across the African continent. This year, between November the 9th and the 19th, international cyclist will bike across Rwanda!
What is the great news?
The profits will be given to l'Arc en Ciel and will allow us to build a new and bigger school! 😍🤩

Kids, women and men all over the world still face discrimination and marginalization due to the down syndrome.
As we celebrate the down syndrome day, we stress the importance of education as a tool of empowerment and mutual awareness.

is not a day to celebrate women because they are women. We celebrate it to remind ourselves that we have a long way ahead before reaching gender equality.
Let's tell that to our kids. Let's teach equality and respect, let's teach that women can do everything by themselves, let's teach that differences enrich, let's do that, so that in the future we will no longer need to have an annual reminder of the awful, and rooted, gender gap.
