We have learned that scammers are pretending to represent Three Mountains learning advisors.

They claim to help people apply for different jobs, including our recently closed internship positions.

Here’s what they do:
• They ask for money to “assist” with job applications and interview preparation.
• They collect resumes and send fake confirmations using [email protected].
• They share screenshots pretending to have submitted applications and later send fake interview invitations.

Please remember:
• We never charge money for any recruitment.
• All updates are shared only through our official email and verified accounts.
• Do not share your information or pay anyone claiming to represent us.

Stay alert and help us stop this by spreading the word.

Last week, Germaine had the privilege of facilitating two impactful training sessions on presentation skills with the GIZ team: a three-day session for staff and a one-day intensive for managers.

With the staff, we spent three days digging deep into how to make presentations clear, engaging, and memorable. From simplifying complex ideas with mind maps to bringing stories to life and utilizing voice modulation for impact, the sessions gave participants practical tools they can use in future presentations.

With managers, we focused on leadership-level presentations, adapting messages to different stakeholders, and inspiring action in a short time.

The year 2025 has started with turbulence. The sudden suspension of projects and the pausing of some other international donors' activities directly impact our business.

It’s all hands-on deck now to find new markets and develop new products. So, no time to celebrate our as a company, which was on 1 March 2025. Hopefully, we can invite our friends, partners, and clients later in the year to come and celebrate this with us.

We look back on 10 beautiful years in , where we did an amazing amount of work on a wide variety of topics. We worked, and still work, with great people and we will continue to do so in the future, to help building a healthy and wealthy Africa.

🌟 Enhancing Public Speaking Skills for Professionals! 🎤✨
We’ve just wrapped up an interactive and impactful three-day public speaking training led by our expert trainers, Germaine and Gisa.
The participants had the chance to practice, refine, and enhance their public speaking skills, from storytelling to confidently engaging stakeholders.
It was inspiring to see them develop their abilities through roleplays, hands-on exercises, and personalized feedback.

We hope using these skills in their future presentations will make a meaningful impact on their work!

guiding an amazing group of talented individuals through our Discover Your Path training. From
identifying personal strengths to mastering interview skills and crafting confident pitches., these
professionals are now equipped to take the next steps in their careers.

Last week, Three Mountains' facilitators Gerry and Germaine were honored to lead a dynamic Sense-Making Workshop for the CARE Rwanda team. Participants gained clarity on the partnership strategy, and did some deep diving into outcomes of a Mid-term review.
The strong focus of CARE on the VSLAs will help them to make important contributions to poverty reduction in Rwanda. With an energised team, they will go a long way!
