The International School of Kigali is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our Operations & Finance team.

This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Kibagabaga campus. The successful candidate will oversee the entire procurement lifecycle, from sourcing and supplier negotiation to inventory management, contract oversight, and financial reporting.

What we're looking for:
✅ Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
✅ Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
✅ Experience with QuickBooks or similar systems
✅ Strong negotiation, data, and organisational skills
✅ A proactive, solutions-first mindset
