It’s seems ice has been affecting both Tulane University in New Orleans and University of Rwanda in Huye this week! Tulane was closed for two days due to an unusual weather pattern that brought snow and ice to the city, while Huye experienced an hour-long severe hailstorm that left some buildings damaged and the ground covered in ice.
