Kigali Independent University (ULK) is an Institution of higher learning. It was created on 15th March, 1996 by the Rwandan Association for the Promotion of Education and Culture (ARPEC) and approved by the ministerial order no 022/06 of Februery14, 1996. This University was accredited by the convention no 0021/98 of 02/02/1998 with retroactive effects dating from September 17, 1996 between the Rw

ULK solemnly remembers and honors the lives lost.

We stand in unity with the people of Rwanda, paying tribute to their resilience, courage, and strength in the face of unimaginable tragedy.

On Thursday, 5th March 2026, we held an insightful Leadership Skills Development session on “Stress Regulation in Leadership”, presented by the President of the CELA Club, Mr. Cyrus G. Fallah.

The session reminded us that leadership often comes with pressure and responsibility. Learning how to regulate stress is essential for leaders to stay focused, make sound decisions, and effectively guide their teams. True leadership is not the absence of stress, but the ability to manage it wisely and transform challenges into opportunities for growth.

A special thank you to Mr. Cyrus G. Fallah for such an inspiring and practical presentation.
