African women in the continent and the diaspora, in particular, are experiencing a confusing and frustrating gap between the rich possibilities for their life potential and the continuous personal, structural as well as leadership hurdles, that are keeping them from manifesting their full potential. The African Women Transformation Center is a space for women leaders in Africa and the Diaspora particularly in the international development field, to restore, heal and lead by providing a transcending women-centered coaching and wellness technique.
