Min. Claver Gatete tells the crowd saying that at the point we are in Rwanda we have completed the foundation, now we look to the future. Our 8% average annual growth is inclusive...it's about reducing poverty, our target is 11.5%. Rwanda is 3rd in Africa in terms of Doing Business and 4th lowest in corruption & safest place in the world for women to walk at night! Rwanda weathered well during serious world economic problems & delays in disbursements because of good economic policy. We recently launched a sovereign bond that oversubscribed to $3.5 bil showing investor confidence in our economy.
