Last Friday, the Pharo Foundation & Pharo School Kigali team in Rwanda visited the Kigali Genocide Memorial to pay our respects and commemorate the lives lost during the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi.

This was a profound moment of reflection for our entire team as we learned more about the tragedy that shaped this nation. Our Country Director, Jannek Hagen, closed the day with a heartfelt message, reaffirming our commitment to honouring those who lost their lives and standing in unwavering solidarity with the people of Rwanda.

At the Pharo Foundation & Pharo School Kigali, we believe that education is the most powerful tool for fostering unity, empathy, and sustainable development. By remembering the past, we are more determined than ever to contribute to a future where every human being has the opportunity to thrive in a peaceful and inclusive society.

Through our play-based learning approach, children explore, discover, and grow in ways that build confidence for life. By engaging in meaningful play, learners develop decision-making skills, improve social interaction, strengthen cognitive abilities, and gain the confidence to take safe risks in their learning journey.

Guided by caring and dedicated teachers, our blended Cambridge curriculum and DELF-certified learning environment empower every child to learn with curiosity, creativity, and joy.......
