What does it take for a large-scale education program to succeed?🤔

Co-creation with the target audience at every stage, and a real shift in mindset and behaviour.

For the nationwide English Proficiency Program for educators, EF & are partnering on a social behaviour change campaign through the famous radio soap opera Urunana 📻 and radio sketches, designed to drive awareness, engagement, and positive change.

🥳Today marked the official start of our 4-day workshop 🎬 to co-create relatable content that will support this shift.

Today, the REB and EF teams conducted a sensitization meeting with District Directors of Education.

The session focused on strengthening leadership engagement in the English Proficiency & Communication Skills Program and improving English communication across schools.

A huge thank you to our esteemed partners and .rwanda, and District Directors of Education (DDEs) for their continued support in driving this critical program forward.

Today and always, we remember the victims of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi.

EF stands with Rwanda in honoring their memory and reflecting on the responsibility we all share to stand against hate and genocide ideology.

What a great experience it was joining and the for the GBS & Digital Jobs Project Learning Day. Hearing reflections from different partners really highlighted the importance of strong collaboration, responsive skilling, and inclusive pathways to work.
