Hello fellows, I hope U are all doing great and chasing opportunities around; I am writing to inform U that your academic transcripts are now available at CBE Transcripts and Certificate Officer's office kindly pass by to collect yours anytime but the best time is morning hours.

Requirement: a hard passport photo only.

You were required to bring that photo because some of our fellow classmates failed to submit their soft passport photos.

and Prize awarding Ceremony on Saturday
10 th December 2016 at KIGALI
CONFERENCE AND EXHIBITION VILLAGE
(former Camp Kigali) on Nyarugenge
Campus from 7:00 am . Graduating students
are requested to note the following;

1. Graduation gowns will be distributed from
Thursday 8th - Friday9 th December 2016 .
Gowns for Undergraduate, Postgraduate
Diploma and Postgraduate Certificate
students of all Colleges will be distributed
from College of Education, Remera campus.
Masters and PhD gowns are distributed at
CST, Nyarugenge Campus. Please contact the
respective College Registrars' office for any
queries. To receive a gown, graduands are
required to present a copy of a dully signed
clearance form and a receipt of 10,000
FRW, paid at the respective College bank
accounts in Bank of Kigali.

2. Gowns must be returned to the University
not later than Thursday 15th December
2016 .

3. Failure to return the gown on 15th
December 2016 will lead to a fine of 30,000
frw. The University reserves the right to
withhold the Degree certificate in cases of
nonpayment of the fine.

4. Each graduand will be allowed to bring
two guests. ACCESS CARDS with detailed
programme will be issued with the gowns.

• This serves to inform you all who didn't get your degrees at the first round that your degrees arrived to Kigali today. In few days I will let you know when you can come and get yours.

• Those are who did remedial courses and now ready for the Mini graduation that is set on Saturday December 10th you are reminded that gauns will be picked at College Headquarters and the graduation will take place at Camp Kigali Stadium. (Detailed information to follow soon)

Confirmed, degrees are being issued. Come and pick yours with an original Clearance form and a photocopy of your National ID card.

NB: this is for those who graduated only, not for those who did remedial courses.

Date of issue of Transcripts will be communicated.

The issue of your degrees is pending but the university is working hard settle things, you are advised to check in after two weeks from now.
