In 1974 the Orphanage №1 was opened for the developmentally delayed children. Feature of a building of children's home - the individual project. In home live 200 boys and girls.The unicity of our Orphanage №1 is that apart from kids here live youths over 18 y/o. The kids as the age of 18 and older continue to stay in the same environment , working studying and actively communicating with other kids .Currently Orphanage №1 is a experimental institution of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation and The International Methodical centre.
