✨Dear friends, we are opening the call for applications for iSLaCo'2022 ✨
The theme of the XXI international students law conference
iSLaCo’2022 is 'Law and Economics: together or apart'.
The conference will take place on 8-9 April 2022 in an online format.
Traditionally, section meetings, round tables, and master classes will be organized during the conference. The organizing committee has tried to take into account your requests from last year.

"Legal support of business in the international trade".

Section description:
In the era of globalization and rapid trade, active participants in international trade enter into numerous contracts with foreign companies. However, they may face a number of obstacles such as conflicts between national and international law, difficulties in determining the appropriate jurisdiction to hear the dispute, imperfect wording and interpretation of the contract, etc.In this case, we invite students to discuss and analyse the following questions: What are the advantages and examples of legal support for participants in international trade? How do political and legal factors affect international business? What do entrepreneurs need to consider the different political and legal systems of the world before starting their business activities? Students are allowed to analyse any problems within the scope of the section topic.

For listeners: 10 March 2022 (inclusive).

After completing the questionnaire, the Organising Committee will write to you at the email address you have provided in the questionnaire. A list of participants whose abstracts have passed the competition will be published by March 15, 2022.
