B.V. GAVKALYUK APPOINTED TEMPORARILY EXECUTING THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CHIEF OF THE UNIVERSITY



First Deputy Minister of EMERCOM of Russia A.P. Chupriyan introduced temporarily executing the responsibilities of the Chief of the St. Petersburg University of the State Fire Service of EMERCOM of Russia.

In the framework of a working visit to the St. Petersburg University of the State Fire Service of EMERCOM of Russia, First Deputy Minister of the Russian Federation for Civil Defense, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters colonel general of internal service A.P. Chupriyan introduced to the university’s staff major general of internal service Gavkalyuk Bogdan Vasilievich, temporarily executing the responsibilities of the Chief of the St. Petersburg University of the State Fire Service of EMERCOM of Russia.



Before being appointed to this position, major general B.V. Gavkalyuk served as a head of the Main Directorate of EMERCOM of Russia in the Novgorod Region. During his service in EMERCOM of Russia since 1993, he held various positions, was awarded departmental and other awards.

REPRESENTATIVES FROM UNIVERSITY TAKE PART IN A SEMINAR IN FINLAND

Seminar and training on the theme: "Ensuring fire safety of especially important and historical sites" was held in Helsinky, Finland.

The delegation from Russia comprised three members from University of State Fire Service of the EMERCOM of Russia and representatives from of the fire safety service of the State Hermitage and the fire-technical service of the Russian Railways on the Oktyabrskaya Railway.

This seminar was organized in the framework of current agreement about educational and sience cooperation between University of State Fire Service of the EMERCOM of Russia and Finnish Fire and Rescue Officer Association.

In January 2020, a similar seminar is planned for Finnish specialists in the Russian Federation on the basis of the St. Petersburg University of the State Fire Service of the Ministry of EMERCOM of Russia in community with the State Hermitage and Russian Railways.

DELEGATION FROM UZBEKISTAN

The meeting of representatives of the state institution "Center for the Promotion of Public Order" Safe City "of the Ministry of Development of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan , headed by the First Deputy Director of the Center A. Kadyrov passed in the university.

During the meeting, issues of bilateral cooperation in the field of additional professional training and the exchange of educational and methodological experience were discussed, an important issue of the meeting was “System 112”, the creation and development of a single emergency call center at 112.

The head of the department for retraining and advanced training of specialists lieutenant colonel of the internal service A.V. Mironchev answered questions that were of interest to foreign. Associate Professor of the Department of Retraining and Further Training M.P.Borodin and Senior Lecturer of Department of System Analysis and Anti-Crisis Management lieutenant colonel G.N. Zavodskov.

DELEGATION FROM FRANCE HAS ARRIVED TO THE UNIVERSITY

The short-term course for "The system of training in the field of integrated security" is organised at the University of State Fire Service of EMERCOM of Russia for six officers from National Higher School of Fire Officers Training in France (ENSOSP) 07.10.2019 till 11.10.2019.
The program includes lectures on crisis management of the Russian Federation, investigation and examination of fires, an automated fire extinguishing system and etc. There will be a seminar on the exchange of fire fighting experience in Russia and France.
On the first day of the visit, a tour of the St. Petersburg University of the State Fire Service of the EMERCOM of Russia took place. Practical exercises are also planned.
The program was organized as part of the Cooperation Agreement, which was signed on February 4, 2019, between the Saint-Petersburg University of the State Fire Service of the EMERCOM of Russia and the National Higher School for the Training of Firefighters of France(ENSOSP).

ДАЛЬНЕВОСТОЧНУЮ ПОЖАРНО-СПАСАТЕЛЬНУЮ АКАДЕМИЮ ПОСЕТИЛИ КОРЕЙСКИЕ СТУДЕНТЫ ИЗ УНИВЕРСИТЕТА КЁНИЛЬ

На прошлой неделе филиал Санкт-Петербургского университета ГПС МЧС России посетили студенты из университета Кёниль, расположенного в г. Тэгу, Республика Корея.

Визит состоялся в рамках договора о сотрудничестве между Санкт-Петербургским университетом ГПС МЧС России и университетом Кёниль, Республика Корея.

В делегацию вошли студенты старших курсов факультетов: пожарной безопасности, железнодорожного и архитектурного.

Преподаватели академии провели для корейских студентов лекцию об истории пожарной охраны и организации противопожарной службы в Приморском крае.

Кроме того, для гостей провели экскурсию по территории академии, рассказали об истории учебного заведения, познакомили с распорядком дня курсантов, повседневной деятельностью вуза. Особое внимание гостей привлекла пожарно-спасательная техника и оборудование, которое используется для отработки практических навыков.

Студенты из Кореи отметили надёжность и простоту конструкции соединения пожарных рукавов в России по сравнению с корейскими, которые имеют резьбовые соединения.

Гости представили свои проекты по совершенствованию пожарно-технического вооружения. В частности, был представлен проект полуавтоматического газового огнетушителя и соединения корейской железной дороги с транссибирской магистралью.

Преподаватели академии, имеющие большой практический опыт в борьбе с пожарами, дали свои рекомендации и замечания по представленным работам.

From 25 to 28 June the exercises of fire and rescue services are held in g. Niche

The ceremony took place on June 25 in the city of niche (Republic of Serbia) on the territory of the Russian-Serbian Humanitarian Center. The First Deputy Minister of the ministry of foreign affairs of Russia Alexander Čupriân and the secretary of state of the republic of Serbia, milosav miličkovič, opened a large-scale exercise.
