Scientists believe that the chicken takes the line for a snake and pretends to be dead. In 1872, there was an invasion of rodents in Jamaica and mongooses were brought there to combat this problem. But they turned out to be real gluttons: they exterminated not only rats, but also frogs, lizards and even birds. Now Jamaica's main problem is mongooses. Professor Al an Portman of the Zoological Institute in Basel invented the scale of intelligence for animals. According to the experiment, the most stupid was the hippopotamus, who scored only 18 points out of 200.
