SBL Russia training disciplines:
Silat Buka Lingkaran, Ving Tsun, Baraw Sugbo, Armed Combat and Tactics.

For the first time ever Chief Instructor Alvin Guinanao will be sharing the stage with his close team of instructors and deliver their best of what SBL has to offer.

Andrea (Italy Representative), Attila (Hungary Representative) and Ash (Alvin's 2nd in command) all teach online alongside with Alvin. They will teach their own unique way of SBL and this is definitely a seminar you won't want to miss.
