My name is Michael Hevor. I’m a graduate from the medical faculty of Novosibirsk State University.
My experience studying at the university has been a memorable one. Because the university is situated in Akademgorodok (which is mostly forest), it provides a serene environment for learning.
The professors here inspire and challenge you to study hard and because of that, they really do bring out the best in you.
There were definitely challenges that we faced such as the tough training and the long winters, but when I look back at the journey and what me and my fellow classmates have accomplished, I ask myself, was it worth it? Most definitely.

One year Preparatory Course (in English) for the General Medicine program is open for application.
This program is for applicants who have a passion for medicine but require additional learning before commencing the undergraduate medicine program.
- course duration: November, 01, 2022 – June, 30, 2023;
- fee – 4500 USD;
- application deadline - September, 15, 2022;
- the number of students is limited.
We will prepare you for the entrance exams in Chemistry and Biology for admission to the NSU General Medicine program in 2023. Students take Novosibirsk State University qualifying exams at the end of the course. If passing the exams successfully, the students are recommended for enrollment for the 6-year-long General Medicine program to obtain a specialist degree.

The Biology and Chemistry exams have already taken place and now what is left is the English Language Exam, which takes place on Monday, July 18, 2022, and starts at 12:00 pm GMT+07:00 (Novosibirsk time).

Tomorrow, July 16, 2022, you will have an opportunity to talk to our admissions board professors and ask questions about our upcoming exams. The meetings will take place on the MS Teams communication platform.
