On November 9, the premiere of our film about Pencak Silat and a lecture with the President RPSF Valeriy Maistrovoy took place in the Great Hall of the International Library of Foreign Literature in Moscow. Representatives of the Indonesian Embassy and other VIPs attended.

The Head of the Indonesian Olympic Committee, Bapak Raja Sapta Oktohari, arrived in Moscow on a working official visit💥

Yesterday September 10, at an official meeting (lasted more than 3 hours instead of the planned 60 minutes), the SUPREME COUNCIL of The Russian Pencak Silat Federation discussed with Mr. Sapta Oktohari the development of pencak silat at the International level (including the Olympic Games)💥
We also received special greetings from H. E. Prabowo Subianto (the current President of Indonesia) with whom the RPSF President and Vice-President EPSF Valeriy Maistrovoy has personally known for many years💥💥💥

With deep sadness we inform that the legend of Pencak Silat, Major General (Retired) Dr. (HC), Mr. Eddie Nalapraya, the Father of World and Russian Pencak Silat, passed away this morning at 9.50 am, Jakarta time. May his soul rest in peace 🙏

OPENING CEREMONY ABU DHABI WORLD PENCAK SILAT CHAMPIONSHIP 2024

FROM DECEMBER 16 TO 22, THE 20TH WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP in Indonesian martial art Pencak Silat WAS HELD in ABU DHABI (the capital of the UAE 🇦🇪)!

More than 2,000 participants from 57 countries took part in these major competitions, which are held every 4 years. Awards are contested in three disciplines: - formal complexes; - paired exercises with weapons; - full contact fight in protective vests.
The Russian team of 12 athletes, led by head coach Dmitry Kovalev and president of the RPSF and vice president EPSF Valeriy Maistrovoy, is fighting for medals! Today are the finals! We are rooting for our team! As a result, Russia won bronze! Congratulations! 🙌🙏
