Double-vaxxed – человек, который получил две дозы вакцины. Кстати, само слово vax было выбрано лексикографами Oxford English Dictionary словом года, так что все его производные (anti-vaxxer, unvaxxed, vaxxie, etc.) можно смело включать в список.

It's important that people understand that they shouldn't let their guard down and ignore health precautions even if they are double-vaxxed.
