🙏Dear British colleagues, I would like to inform you that we have serious problems with the UK visas now. Unfortunately, we will no longer be able to offer study in the UK, as our students do not have the opportunity to obtain a visa!
Unfortunately, it is impossible to get British visas in Russia now, the website of the VFS UK Visa Application Centre does not work at all, it is constantly being repaired. Today the VFS site indicated Appointment Booking System Outage and Under Maintenance for several hours. We can't make arrangements to provide the documents and biometrics for students. Several slots for submitting documents and biometrics appear once a week, it is absolutely impossible to register students at the UK Visa Application Centres in Russia (we have 5 centres!).
We wrote to the paid email of UKVI, but there we answered with a standard meaningless answer, they wrote that we need to contact the VFS. We sent a complaint to VFS, but they refer to a huge number of requests in Russia. 👎
