Это курсы английского языка, которые ведут живые англичане (по-русски они так себе) и которые представляют собой бурное общение по разным темам в маленьких группах. То есть для людей с уже хорошим пассивным запасом.

"From Tuesday May 12 we will start hosting Express Yourself, a 4-week course that makes you become more confident in English by debating. On Tuesdays there will be games and exercises that develop your public speaking and arguing skills. On Thursdays, you practice and compete, with a grand final at the end of the program!
