Books & Teaching
Dear English teachers!
I invite you to join an online discussion on books that can be useful for teachers. Let’s talk about books of different kind - from methodology to fiction ones. What insights from the books you’ve read could you share? What ideas did you find helpful or controversial? What books did you use in class and find them engaging and beneficial for learners? Or maybe you’d like to share some useful thoughts from the article you’ve read. Everyone’s contribution is valuable!
✅ The discussion takes place on Sunday, 20th October, 8 pm (Moscow time, GMT +3).
If you’re going to take part in a discussion, please drop me a line in Skype: skachkova_natalya
Looking forward to talking to you!
If you have any ideas to share, don’t hesitate to do so in the comments.
As for me, I’ve recently finished reading «Lexical Approach» by Michael Lewis. I was really impressed by the emphasis shift from grammar to lexis suggested by the author. Do you use Lexical approach in class? What books have changed your teaching?🙂
