On Sunday, our association's members and the executive committee attended an event hosted by the Ethiopian Embassy in Moscow titled "The Current Situation in Ethiopia and the Green Legacy." During the event, we planted trees and addressed the pressing issue of visa denials faced by self-funded Ethiopian students. We discussed these concerns with the Ambassador, and He promised to do everything we can to amplify opportunities for Ethiopian youth.

The African Festival at HSE St. Petersburg, held on April 26, 2025, was an unforgettable celebration of culture, unity, and pride! 🇪🇹 We were deeply honored to represent Ethiopia — sharing our traditions, music, dance, food, and vibrant spirit with the HSE community and our African brothers and sisters.

The crowd was truly amazed and touched by all we presented, and we couldn’t be prouder of how warmly our heritage was received. 💚💛❤️

A special thank you to our amazing Ethiopian community in Saint Petersburg — this experience wouldn’t have been possible without your heart, dedication, and generosity. Every item, costume, and moment was powered by our people. Endless love to Getu, Wegen, and everyone who supported and contributed. This wasn’t just a performance — it was a family effort, and we felt that unity every step of the way. 🫶🏾🇪🇹
