A 24 Years old female presented with lower abdominal pain and flank pain.
Abdominopelvic USS revealed multiple myomas.
Intraoperatively, below IMG is found.
What could it be?
A. Multiple myomas
B. Bicornate utérine
C. Ovarian cyst

A four days old male unable to pass stool and gas since birth was brought to our facility.

This is a 55-year-old female who was admitted into the hospital for an acute abdomen secondary to gastric perforations. The operative findings include: 3 perforations of the small intestine located 3 cm from one another at the ileocecal junction, serous fluid, and a gangrenous bowel and mesenteric. What type of procedure should be perform? What would be the postoperative treatment plan?

The patient was admitted for a strangulated inguinoscrotal hernia.
Postoperative findings: gangrene of the ascending colon and terminal ilium.
The gangrenous bowel was excised and an ileotransverse anastomosis was done.
