Chris was talking about fermentation as a unique design process, collaboration with René Redzepi and in general about the Intermideate 9 unit at the AA.
We were glad to see our old friends, AAVS Moscow students and new faces at the lecture, thank you! 🔺

Он расскажет, почему городские объекты функционирует по тем же правилам и принципам, что и ферментация еды, и как из своего ужина придумать новый архитектурный проект🔺

Architectural Association Unit Master and Visiting School Department director Christopher Pierce is going to visit Moscow and give a lecture in the on the Danilovsky market.

Last time Christopher came in 2016 to support the AA Visiting School Moscow with his lecture at the ArchMoscow festival.

AAVS Moscow 2018 is now complete and our ШАР pavilion is open for visits❕⚪️ In two very intense weeks we managed to collaboratively design and build this city object🏁

It will serve for lectures/movie and football screening/dinners and other events for Даниловский рынок guests till the end of summer season.

Thanks for our partner APEX project bureau and congratulations to all the participants and tutors of the workshop. In the upcoming weeks we will be telling more about our students and design and construction processes⚒

We will also keep an eye on the life and share the event program of our project 👀

For several days of the workshop participants were developing the concept of the constructive joints for the future summer pavilion 🔺

The constructor Maria Boldyreva helped them with practical knowledge and ideas. She was engaged in designing in Russian and Finnish markets and worked with both small objects and with industrial production. During the construction Maria was in process of construction on site with the workshop participants.
